Today was washing day and we decided that we needed to catch up with the blog seeing as it’s now a month out of date.  We had a short walk to suss the area out and stretch our legs (it would have been longer except we could hear a big dog barking from somewhere along the footpath we were exploring so we did a quick ‘about turn’ and walked back towards the aire) as we walked back to the van I saw a cage of chickens who seemed to think I was about to feed them and kept sticking their heads through the fence.

We lurked in the van for the rest of the day catching up with emails and the blog.
