3rd March 2017. Casares, Spain.

Our next destination was Casares, another of Hilary and Richard’s suggestions.  It was up in the mountains, as they’d promised the views from the aire next to the Tourist Information Office were breath taking (after climbing to the top of the view point we were both gasping for breath!)  They had promised we would see Griffon Vultures and true to their word there were LOADS of them circling on the thermals, it was a sight to behold and I was very excited, I’ve been hoping to see some since Mark and Lucy had mentioned seeing them months ago.
