I made good use of my membership to RHS Wisley in January and February.

I saw the butterflies in the glass house with Rachel and Logan. It was lovely to see the excitement on Logan’s face as he spied the butterflies in the various places they landed.

Afterwards he had a long walk round the grounds to burn off some steam. He loves walking, his mum has encouraged it by exploring the countryside with him ever since he learned to walk.

The butterflies were so beautiful that I went to see them again, this time with my friend Janet and our cameras.

She found loads of butterflies to photograph………

Then I visited again when the gardens were covered in snow with my friend Sue. I had an unexpected call early that morning from her to say she wanted to see the gardens in the snow and would I like to join her, the answer was a definite yes! I’m so glad Sue suggested the trip, the gardens were glorious.
